Nothing Here

There is nothing here
But loneliness
Helplessness
Emptiness
Lost in a world
Inundated with sin
Escaping problems
That started within
And now that it’s gone
I wish it were here
I’m always to remain
In anticipated fear
Lying from me
Away from my grasp
There’s nothing here
But its narcissistic clasps
And why does it laugh
When all I do is cry
Why does it persist
When I attempt to deny
I have a feeling
That I will never know
But truth is irrelevant
Impossible to bestow
There’s nothing here
But the feelings inside
That’s all that exists
No longer can it hide
All that once was
Now shall be lost
Perfection was abolished
Despite what it cost
But perfection never was
There was always nothing here
Nothing’s not an option
When nothing is your fear
